Gulf Pile Dynamics (GPD) is one of the leading geotechnical engineering companies established in the United Arab Emirates in 2001. Gulf Pile Dynamics is a private owned independent geotechnical testing laboratory located in the Emirate of Dubai, and covering all the GCC states.
For cost effective quality assurance in deep foundations, the methods provided by Gulf Pile Dynamics, are in support of GRL - Pile Dynamic Inc.
We provide timely response and safe cost effective solutions to meet our client needs. The GPD management team is strongly committed to Quality.
The quality management system of the company has continuously improved its effectiveness for meeting the requirements of ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 accreditation.
Low-strain integrity testing is designed to give information about the physical dimensions, continuity and consistency of materials used in piles. This test method covers the procedure for determining the integrity of individual vertical or inclined piles by measuring and analyzing the velocity response of a pile induced by an impact device applied axially to the pile normally at the pile head.

Currently, there is no better method for non-destructively identifying any defect in the drilled shafts. The test determines the quality of concrete between pairs of tubes pre-installed in bored piles cast-in-situ concrete piles, or other types of concrete foundations using the Cross-Hole Analyser (CHATM).

High-strain dynamic testing is a non-destructive quick test and it is intended that the test pile be left in a condition suitable for use in production.
Read moreHigh-strain dynamic testing is performed by obtaining and analysing records of pile force and velocity under hammer impacts for evaluations of pile load carrying capacity, structural integrity, load-movement, hammer efficiency and pile-soil load transfer relationship. The hammer used could be of different type, such as diesel, hydraulic, mechanical etc.
